Minnesota dogs for sale?

My boyfriend and I are shopping for a dog, and don't want to pay the 300 dollar price tag at the Humane Society. We've gotten our other pets from there, but we're looking for something cheaper. Does anyone know of any great places in Minnesota (in the St. Cloud/St. Paul area) that we could get any of the following pets? Alaskan Klee Kai mini Basset hound Pembroke Welsh Corgi Pug Preferably one year old and older. Thanks so much!

1. look on petfinder.com to find a good rescue dog that will fit your needs
2. petfinder is a great resource as mentioned previously but you can also search things like "midwest alaskan klee kai (no such thing as mini, they all come small) rescue" or whatever breed you want. They're usually willing to work with you and set up transports. Keep in mind, adopting a dog will always be cheaper than buying from a breeder unless they are backyard breeders or it was an uh-oh litter. I found my dog by searching for "midwest australian shepherd rescue" and basically found a rescue I wanted to work with and got him.
