Personalised dog collars, anyone know where to get just the collars from in bulk/wholesale lots?

I bought my dog a personalised dog collar a number of years ago. It was the two tier one that had the removable strap to slide the letters on then you reattach the strap. I would like to start my own business doing these well more as a hobby too. However cannot seem to find them anywhere just on there own. Could any one help..? much appreciated
