Need to buy dog collars in bulk?

At our local pound when you adopt a dog from them they have a basic dog collar that they put on them. Its not as thick as a normal one, its just a nylon strap with an adjustable bracket on it. I need something like that because i am starting a dog adoption company and those are good because you can adjust them for a small dog or big dog. Thank you! i actually did contact my city hall and got all of the legal things taken care of. Of course i did my research.

1. Try Sam's Club they should let you buy i bulk
2. If your going to start a business/company you would have to registered for a tax id, You do that through your local city hall, that is how you buy in bulk, I suggest you do more research on what it will take to get started.
