How to train pet dog not to urnate inside home?

We have a neighbour's pet dog which sometimes comes into our house. Recently we observed that it urinates inside. How can we train it or stop it from doing this way? Since we don't own the dog we don't know what to do? I read an article somewhere that this action indicates that the dog is trying to tell its his area. It's not a puppy. Quite grown up!

1. If he's a puppy, obviously he's still learning. If he urinates inside don't let him see you clean it up because he'll think it's a game. So he'll think you want him to do it again. And when he does go outside, praise him. Tell him he's a good boy. or girl. It just takes time for them to train.

3. i never restrict my dog to come inside but encourage...........he sleeps in my bed, takes bath in my bathroom. i infact restrict him to go out.
4. Dog is "marking its territory" because its a puppy...do not allow this...more importantly...the owner of the dog...should not allow this...I've always wanted to write a book called....Good Dog, Bad Owner...for this exact reason...puppies have to be TRAINED!!!!
