what's the difference between dog collars and human collars?

i want to know, me and a parnter want to try, if you get me i just want to know the differnce, and if a normal dog collar is safe to use?

1. You better play it safe and use a human collar (Ohhh, kinky, aren't we!) Dog collars might be unsafe since dogs are much smaller than humans, thus the dog collar would be smaller and there's a potential risk of accidental strangulation.
2. I agree with the first person, also, human collars are made to be more comfortable :) and probably easier to take off, etc :D
