is it humane to put invisible fence dog collars on my human neighbors?

i make it so they can't leave their yard cause they keep eating my trash.

5. NO! Don't one of my friends stupidly put on was playing around and she said it felt weird and she was acting weird for awhile because of it. Don't do it, it's not right, and it's mean. They can seriously get hurt, too.

10. well like the other person said your neighbours would probably figure out how to get those off. so it wouldn't be very effective. plus it would be expensive. i recommend dumping a whole lot of powdered cayenne in your trash so your neighbours won't be eating it anymore. cayenne can be found in the spice section of your local grocer. get the biggest jar they have and use it generously. you could also use some of it on your own food but go easy with that.
