How do you make dog collars?

Does anybody know to make make dog collars from scratch? I need to know how to make a basis collar before applying the designs I have in mind? :)

1. please no collars i don't like collars,collars should be made for humans only not dogs,i will be good boy,lol
2. you have to have a good chain of evidence and witnesses and a warrant before you collar a dog.
3. You can always try a simple macrame collar. I own my own company, and I do macrame quite frequently. The website I have provided you with will teach you the basic knots, if you don't already know them. All you would need is a bundle of hemp, and a metal clasp. This website will show you everything from the knots, how to make plant hangers, guitar straps, belts, and leashes/ collars. A bundle of hemp usually costs anywhere from $3 to $12. 4. I use a basic lead. those fancy looking collars do not give the control needed for a proper walk
